Burglar Stole Ritalin and Cash, Maryland Heights Police Say

The Jan. 16 burglary was in an apartment in the 12300 block of Shoeridge Court.

 

A man was charged in a Jan. 16 burglary in Maryland Heights in which a bottle of Ritalin was stolen.

Daniel Maiden, 32, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree burglary and stealing a controlled substance.

Maryland Heights Police said Maiden broken into an apartment in the 12300 block of Shoeridge Court in Maryland Heights and stole a prescription bottle of Ritalin and $200 in cash.

Maiden was being held in St. Louis County jail Thursday. Bail was set at $10,000.

Maiden’s address was listed as a Missouri Department of Corrections Community Release Center in the city of St. Louis.
