Penn National Buys Harrah's For $610 Million
STL Today reports deal should close by the year's end.
Update, 6:55 p.m.: STL Today reports Penn National Gaming will buy Harrah's in Maryland Heights for $610 million.

STL Today reported earlier that Penn National is in talks to buy Harrah’s Casino in Maryland Heights.
Maryland Heights Patch reached out to a spokesperson for Harrah’s, who said management has no comment at this time.
