Kim Baker Appointed as Maryland Heights Ward Two City Council Member
Baker will serve the remainder of Judy Barnett's term.

Kim Baker was approved by the Maryland Heights City Council to fill the empty Ward Two spot on March 17. Baker will serve the remainder of late Councilwoman Judy Barnett’s term. Barnett died Feb. 5.
Immediately after the Council approved her appointment, Baker was sworn in by City Clerk JoAnn Cova.
