Maryland Heights Bank Robbed by Woman Who Said She Had a Gun
U.S. Bank inside Schnuck's grocery store was robbed Monday afternoon.
A woman implying she had a gun robbed a Maryland Heights bank Monday.
The woman—described by police as black, 5-foot-5 and weighing about 150 pounds while wearing a plaid cadet-style hat, a black coat, black purse and jeans—approached the teller of a U.S. Bank location inside Schnuck's grocery store and presented a demand note.
Police say the woman implied she had a gun but never showed it. She left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Schnuck's is located near the Dorsett Road and McKelvey Road intersection.
