Chamberlain College of Nursing had a blast from the past this weekend when more than 30 alumni of the Deaconess School of Nursing came out to celebrate their 50th anniversary of graduating from the school.

Deaconess School would eventually change its name to the modern Chamberlain College. A press release indicates the Deaconess School was founded in 1889 in St. Louis.
