What makes Syberg's wings among the top? Are they crispy? Are they flavorful as well as spicy?

This isn't a fair poll because Wing Stop is a chain. You're compairing apples and oranges. They have to cook them according to corporate rules. Florissant's best wings are at Locker Room.
