The official list of winners has not yet been certified and released, but students and schools were tweeting out results from this weekend's Missouri Dance Team Association's championship.
The varsity drill team from Pattonville High School won first in pom and first in hip hop. The dual first-place trophies earned the team the overall Class 5A state championship.
The Pattonville High School squad, fresh off a fifth place finish in the UDA Championship earlier this month, took Hip Hop, Pom and Class 5A titles in Missouri.
Members of the varsity team are: Taylor Bailey, Samantha Byrne, Mariah Freeman, Anise Glenn, Ciara Glenn, Paige Goss, Katie Greenwell, Alexis Lawoe, Toni Martorelli, Sabrina Mason, Clare Pond, Lindsey Purviance, Sierra Shockley, Danielle Siegel, Michaela Whaley and Hayley Wojciechowski. Katie Funderburk is coach of the varsity team.
