Police Blotter: Apartment Fire, Jewelry Stolen Over Six Month Period and Vacant Apartment Broken Into

Maryland Heights police reports, Dec. 10.

 

Monday, Dec. 10

Burglary

Police responded to Mack Avenue for the report of a residential burglary. Police say jewelry had been stolen over a six month period. 

Property damage

A vacant apartment along McKelvey Hill Drive was broken into and property in that apartment was damaged.

Apartment fire

Police and fire crews responded to Encanto Drive for the report of a fire. The fire displaced six families and destroyed one apartment.

Drugs

Two people were arrested for possession of marijuana.

One person was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia near Dawn Valley and Marine.
