: Someone complained to the health department that their chicken strips and fries received from the restaurant looked old, and the person saw an employee’s hair dangling loose. An inspector spoke to the manager who said that the chicken strips and fries are not held for longer than 15 minutes in the hot hold area and discarded. Inspector saw all employees wearing hair nets and reviewed the policy with the manager.
