Paul Tripp pleaded guilty to abandonment of a corpse on Jan. 3, according to CaseNet. Tripp was accused of leaving the body of Valerie Butler last February. He was arrested on March 13.
Tripp's stentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 10.
