Uncontested City Council Spots Go to Incumbents

City council members Chuck Caverly and Jim Carver have retained their seats on the Maryland Heights City Council.

 

Voters have elected unopposed incumbent Ward 3 City Councilman Chuck Caverly to another term in office. Caverly received 98 percent of the vote (343 votes), while write-in candidates received two percent of the vote (seven votes).

Unchallenged Ward 4 City Councilman Jim Carver has also been reelected to another term in office. Carver received 97.77 percent of the vote (307 votes), while write-in candidates received 2.23 percent of the vote (seven votes).
