Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Begins Hiring for 2013 Concert Season

Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, the popular concert venue in St. Louis, is looking to hire several seasonal positions and will host a job fair in March for interested applicants.

 

Although winter weather remains abundant, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater has begun planning for those hot days of summer.

The amphitheater has begun hiring for multiple part-time positions for its 2013 concert season.

The amphitheater is hiring for a number of positions, including:

  • Ushers/Ticket Takers
  • Security
  • Box Office Ticket Sellers
  • Production Runners
  • Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff
  • Parking
  • Concessions
  • Stagehands

For security positions, people must be 21 years of age or older and must pass an extensive background check.

Verizon Wireless Amphitheater will host a job fair March 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wingate Hotel in Maryland Heights. Interested applicants can apply at the fair, where on-site interviews will be conducted, or apply online at www.rocknrolljobs.com.

Orientations and trainings for those hired will take place in mid-April, according to the job posting. The positions will begin in May and go through the concert season, which ends in October.
