Nothing But Love Inc. to Host American Diamonds Pageant

Nothing But Love Inc. has launched the American Diamonds National Pageant to be held here in St. Louis, MO on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Machinist Hall in Bridgeton, MO. American Diamonds is seeking young ladies ages 4-18 to participate.  The age categories are 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, and 16-18.

American Diamonds is a National Pageant Program that's looking for young ladies ages 4-18.  The mission is to allow the diamond God placed in them to shine bright and sparkle while exemplifying poise and grace in all they do. Young ladies will compete in five major events such as interview, elegant wear, introduction, community service and opening number.

“We are nothing like Toddlers and Tiaras. We are a pageant program that is looking for All American Girls. Beauty plays a small role but we are looking for those young ladies that are interested in uncovering and discovering the DIAMOND that resides inside of them.” says National Director, Barbara James. 

There are five phases to the competition which includes:  Interview, Elegant Wear, Introduction, Community Service and The Opening Number.  One contestant in each age category has a chance to win a $500* cash scholarship.

And for that reason they offer workshops that will assist in strengthening contestants' public speaking skills, self-esteem, poise, stage presence, communication while also focusing on the importance of friendship and friendly competition.
