Children will practice basic tumbling skills on mats as well as movement and pre-ballet work. Flexibility, strength, and coordination work will be incorporated into class. Parents must remain outside the room during class but are invited into the last class for the children to show off their new skillls.

The Maryland Heights Centre facility used to be a church before the city bought it. It is home to the Maryland Heights Department of Parks and Recreation. It offers group exercise classes, personal training and kids programs. Activities and facility use is open to everyone, though rates are different for non-residents.
