Fundamentals of Jiu JItsu
This class is an introduction to the basics of Jiu Jitsu, a submission grappling system that resembles wrestling. Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get in shape, learn defense skills and form new friendships. The 1st week is free!
Wear athletic clothing with no pockets or loops. Bring water and a towel. Groin cup and outh guard are optional.
