If you love to Cha-Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle or Wobble, then you will love this class. Urban soul line dancing is choreographed dancing in repetitive sequences to all types of music, particularly R&B. During this two-hour class, you will feel more like you're at a party than in an exercise class. Anyone can participate - no partner required. Drop-ins are welcome. Registered adults may bring one dependent child age 5 to 11 to class with them free of charge. Additional children must pay drop-in fee or register.

The Maryland Heights Centre facility used to be a church before the city bought it. It is home to the Maryland Heights Department of Parks and Recreation. It offers group exercise classes, personal training and kids programs. Activities and facility use is open to everyone, though rates are different for non-residents.
