What Should Go Here: Empty Storefronts Near Wok Express and Papa John’s

What would you like to see in these empty storefronts along Dorsett Road?

Restaurants making Chinese food, pizza and sandwiches lie next to some empty space. , and are tenants in the same complex as several empty storefronts.

Information on Jeff Eisenberg and Associate’s website indicates five spaces available at the property.

What type of business would you like to see move into this property? Another restaurant to complement the other three? An accountant’s office to help with the upcoming tax season? Let us know in the comments!

I would love to see a little craft store -- rubber stamps, scrapbooking supplies. If I was younger and had the money, I'd open one!

Whatever stores want to go in down by Creve Coeur Park, and take over the farm land there. . .I would like to see them use the multiple empty store fronts in Maryland Heights , instead of developing other land, creating more empty store fronts!

I'm not sure how big the space is, but I would love to see a local deli where you can also sit down and enjoy a good sandwich. Any other takers on that type of place?

What about a bakery? We only have Schnucks and I really don't consider that a bakery.

Bakery would be a great idea lisa! If it had free wi-fi, I'd be there every day for sure.

Isn't the Bread Co a bakery and sandwich place? I'd like an authentic Mexican like they have on Cherokee street. Good homemade affordable Italian would be good too. Authentic from the Old country.

The Old Pasta House building on Dorsett needs a new tenant.
As far as developing the farm land on Creve Couer Mill/ Maryland Hts Expressway. I think it will be bigger retails store initially like a Target Super Store. I can't wait to have good shopping in my neighborhood. Like a Whole foods market, even Shop N Save etc.
