Whatever stores want to go in down by Creve Coeur Park, and take over the farm land there. . .I would like to see them use the multiple empty store fronts in Maryland Heights , instead of developing other land, creating more empty store fronts!
I'm not sure how big the space is, but I would love to see a local deli where you can also sit down and enjoy a good sandwich. Any other takers on that type of place?
Isn't the Bread Co a bakery and sandwich place? I'd like an authentic Mexican like they have on Cherokee street. Good homemade affordable Italian would be good too. Authentic from the Old country.

I think it will be bigger retails store initially like a Target Super Store. I can't wait to have good shopping in my neighborhood. Like a Whole foods market, even Shop N Save etc.
