Harmful Radioactive waste near our water supply (MO river) and also on Flood Plain

harmful RADIOACTIVE WASTE at Westlake Landfill (near Pattonville High School) on MO River (our source of drinking water) flood plain

In August, groundwater samples were taken at the West Lake Landfill Superfund Site. The site where harmful Radioactive waste sits uncovered and not properly maintained. The EPA meeting will discuss the results of the groundwater testing, a timeline moving forward, and an overall site update. 

 

Who: Environmental Protection Agency

 What: Meeting on the West Lake Landfill Superfund Site.

Where: Machinists Union Hall. 12365 Saint Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044

When: January 17. 6:30PM-8:30PM
