Maryland Heights Man Injured in Three-Car Accident on I-70 Involving Semi

Maryland Heights man struck a semi-truck while changing lanes. The truck then slammed into another car.

A 50-year-old Maryland Heights man was injured in a three-car accident Monday morning.

Robin Thomas was driving eastbound on Interstate 70 when he ran into a semi-truck while changing lanes. The semi-truck then slammed into another car, which then ran into the interstate's guardrail.

Thomas was taken to DePaul Hospital by ambulance. A 69-year old woman was also injured in the accident.

Thomas' car, a 2000 Dodge Stratus, sustained moderate damage.
