What stands out upon entering is the variety of colors of the workout machines. Blue, red and green colors give a sense of motivation and fun. 

The extensive amount of various machines gives the opportunity to work out any part of you body you wish. And with a TV in sight from wherever you are gives you entertainment while you work out. Parents are welcome to bring kids who can be watched by staff while they workout. A small store provides members with protein and energy products and a selections of men and womens t-shirts.
