Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches has served its popular sandwich menu since it opened in September of 2008. It's a chain restaurant that specializes in quickly prepared sub sandwiches.

I have had small issues with this store but nothing serious enough until tonight to voice a complaint!! There is a heavy in size, young man working the evening shift whom lacks personality and social skills. I drove up to this store because there were no signs indicating the store was close. I drove up as this young man was taking out the trash but he never let me know the store was closed. I sat for a moment until I asked him if they were closed. I asked him why he didn't tell me they were closed when I drove up especially with the store displaying they were still open. He stated because I didn't ask!! Wow...I was really lost for words. I was at work myself wasting precious time.....this is why I have stop patronizing most businesses. Customer service sucks!!
