Kimberley Graf is awful. I called for a quote and after only saying my name, she asked to put me on hold so she could order her lunch! She didn't press the hold button and I had to listen to her talk to her co-workers about what she wanted to eat! I was apalled at how rude she was. To top it off, I gave her all of my information and she never called me back! I had to call HER to see what was going on. I would not recommend her to anyone.
