Police: Man Pushed Girlfriend Down Stairs
Police said the woman required emergency surgery on her arm.
A man faces a criminal charge after police said he pushed his girlfriend down a flight of stairs. John Manley, 36, of the 2700 block of Mars Lane in Maryland Heights, was charged Wednesday with second-degree domestic assault. Maryland Heights Police said the woman broke her arm after being pushed and required emergency surgery. Manley was being held Monday in St. Louis County jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
