Man Leaves Behind Alcohol-Soaked Underwear After Airport Bar Break-In

A Massachusetts man broke into the Pasta House restaurant at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and raided the bar.

A Massachusetts man was arrested by Lambert-St. Louis International Airport security agents after he broke into a closed Pasta House restaurant, leaving his cell phone and alcohol-soaked underwear behind. David M. LaPrade, 24 of Southampton, MA, was charged with second-degree burglary and property damage. Airport Police said LaPrade was caught on security cameras as he tore a security gate off its hinges to get into the closed restaurant about Sunday evening. An airport official said it was late at night and the area was deserted. Airport Police said they discovered LaPrade’s alcohol-soaked underwear, T-shirt and cell phone behind the restaurant’s bar. China Hub Signs New Partner in Airport Cargo Plan

This new agreement is that latest step in an effort to re-establish a cargo hub at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and breathe new life into the travel facility.

The Midwest China Hub Commission (MCHC) and the American Society of Transportation and Logistics will work together on the next steps to make Lambert-St. Louis International Airport a center for Chinese airfreight connections. On Dec. 1, while in Shanghai, China during a trade mission trip, the two groups signed a memorandum of understanding to work together. "Bilateral trade between Missouri and China is on the rise as exports comprise a key component of improving our economy,” said Dan Mehan, President and CEO, Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Chairman, Midwest-China Hub Commission in a statement. “This trade mission led by KBS and WTC has developed vital relationships and produced results that will benefit the region for years to come…
