St. Louis Outlet Mall Sets 3 p.m. Teen Curfew

Starting Jan. 25, the St. Louis Outlet—formerly St. Louis Mills—will begin a 3 p.m. teen curfew. The curfew had previously been 6 p.m. on weekend nights.
