Man Used Fake ID to Buy iPads, Laptops at Bridgeton Store

Police said the man used an ID with his own photo and another person's information.

A man stole $3,459 in merchandise from a Bridgeton store by using a fake ID with someone else’s vital information, police said. Tommie G. Roach, 31, of the 7400 block of Canton Avenue in University City, was charged Saturday with identity theft. Bridgeton Police said Roach used a fake drivers license with someone else’s information and his photo to steal $3,459 in electronic items from Best Buy, 12140 St. Charles Rock Road. Police said Roach bought two iPads and two laptop computers using the fake ID at 8:32 p.m. Saturday. Bail was set at $15,000 for Roach. He was released Sunday. Police: Man Steals Sister's SUV, Uses Her Credit Card, Pawns Her GPS

St. Louis County Police said the man took his sister's car keys and credit card from her purse while she was showering.

A man stole his sister’s SUV and credit card, which he used to buy a carton of cigarettes, according to a St. Louis County Police report. Zlatko Tadic, 25, of the 1600 block of Green Hill Drive in unincorporated St. Louis County was charged Tuesday with stealing a vehicle, stealing a credit device and fraudulent use of a credit card. St. Louis County Police said that while his sister was in the shower, Tadic took her car keys and a credit card from her purse. He then drove the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer to the 7-Eleven on Dorsett Road, about a half-mile from his sister’s residence in the 1600 block of Green Hill between Maryland Heights and Creve Coeur. Five Indicted on 11 Car Thefts From Lou Fusz Dealership

The scheme to steal cars also involved eight thefts from Johnny Londoff Chevrolet the same night, police said.

Five people were indicted by a St. Louis County grand jury Thursday for 11 car thefts at Lou Fusz Buick GMC Oct. 11. Indicted on 11 counts of car theft, second-degree burglary and felony theft were: Waller, Hunter and Howell also are charged with stealing cars from Johnny Londoff Chevrolet in Florissant on the same evening. St. Louis County Police spokesman Officer Randy Vaughn said the five defendants, acting with others, stole the vehicles and parked them in various locations in the city and county. One car stolen from the Lou Fusz dealership was recovered at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet. The cars have all been recovered. Ex-Harrah's Employee Caught Stealing Drugs From Co-worker

The theft was caught on surveillance video, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

A former Harrah’s Casino worker faces criminal charges of stealing prescription drugs from a co-worker. Viacheslav B. Iouioukine, 39, of the 12500 block of Fee Fee Road in St. Louis County, was charged Aug. 7 with stealing a controlled substance in a 2010 incident. A Missouri Highway Patrol report said Iouioukine stole an Oxycontin prescription from a co-worker at Harrah’s Casino in Maryland Heights. The report said the victim left his Oxycontin prescription bottle in a backpack in an employee hallway at Harrah’s between 5:15 p.m. and 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2010. When he returned, the medication was gone. A surveillance camera showed that Iouioukine took something from the backpack at about 5:57 p.m. and went to his locker. He was arrested …
