Work on the Lindbergh Boulevard restaurant is scheduled to end next week in time for a weekend-long birthday celebration. The bar will debut a new menu this spring.
Customers to the Syberg’s in Maryland Heights—or even the locations in Affton, Chesterfield and downtown St. Louis—may have noticed a plethora of new options on their menus. Known for its famous shark chunks, Syberg's locations will have an expanded selection of appetizers, sandwiches and salads—plus options like turkey burgers, chicken fingers and pizza for less adventurous folk. (See the attached menu for more details.) Would You Eat at Syberg's? Have you seen the new menu at Syberg's? What do you think? Haven't seen them yet? How do they sound?

Thanks to everyone who voted and who nominated a choice location. Disagree with the votes? Got something to say about the winner? Let us know below. Also, feel free to leave a review on any of the restaurants in the challenge by rating them on the business listing. Check back on Monday for next week's Readers' Choice topic!
