Maryland Heights Man Faces Third Alcohol-Related Driving Charge
Police said the man previously was found guilty of a DWI in Maryland Heights and driving with excessive blood-alcohol content in Kirksville.
A Maryland Heights man faces a felony charge after Maryland Heights Police pulled him over for driving while intoxicated at Progress Parkway and Dorsett Road. Charles J. Hochstein , 41, of the 12000 block of McKelvey Road in Maryland Heights, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. Maryland Heights Police said officers pulled Hochstein over on Jan. 11, 2012 for DWI. He also was found guilty of DWI in Maryland Heights in May 1996, and was found guilty of driving with excessive blood-alcohol content in October 1993 in Kirksville.
