Authorities Identify Victim In Fatal Car Crash on I-270
Traffic was stop-and-go from Page Avenue to the Interstate 70 and I-270 intersection from about noon to 2 p.m Wednesday
Update at 7:47 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released the identity of a High Ridge, MO woman who died in Wednesday's crash. The patrol says Mary Barnett, 28, of High Ridge, was driving a 2005 Ford Focus when she tried to change lanes heading northbound on Interstate 270. Her vehicle struck one car and was struck by another. A fourth vehicle was also involved in the accident. Three other people were transported to the hospital with what the Highway Patrol said were minor injuries.
